These terms are a contract between you (the firm or person creating a workspace) and Chinmay Technosoft Pvt Ltd for use of DocMold at www.docmold.com. By creating a workspace you accept them.
DocMold lets you upload Word templates, mark variables, maintain client records and generate documents in DOCX and PDF. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove core functionality during a paid term without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for everyone you invite into your workspace, and for the templates, client data and documents you create. You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload and that your use of client data complies with applicable law. The documents DocMold generates are yours; DocMold does not review their legal or professional adequacy.
You may not use the Service to break the law, to access another firm's workspace, to attack or overload the Service, to resell it without a written agreement, or to upload malicious files.
New workspaces receive a free trial as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period in Indian rupees plus applicable GST, through Razorpay. Plan limits (users, templates, clients, documents, storage) are shown on the pricing page and in your workspace. When a subscription lapses the workspace becomes read-only for a grace period and is later archived; you can export your documents before that.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email and from within the workspace during business hours (IST).
The DocMold software, brand and template library formats are the property of Chinmay Technosoft Pvt Ltd. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use them through the Service. The library formats are provided as starting points and must be reviewed by you for your specific use.
To the extent permitted by law, Chinmay Technosoft Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time from your subscription settings. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaches these terms, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
