Doc{Mold}

Legal drafting from trusted formats

Notices, agreements, affidavits and deeds - your formats, every party's details filled in, Word and PDF out.

Sound familiar?

A Section 138 notice drafted from the last one, with the previous client's cheque number still in it.

Agreements where both parties' names, addresses and PANs must be retyped in six places.

No clean way for juniors to produce first drafts that match the firm's formats.

How DocMold fits your practice

STEP 1

Bring your precedents

Upload the notices, agreements and affidavits your practice already relies on, or start from 15 library formats covering recovery notices, rent and licence agreements, NDAs, POAs, deeds and wills.

STEP 2

Two-party documents, both from the client master

Landlord and tenant, disclosing and receiving party, partners - each side is a client record, so names, addresses and PANs fill in on both sides.

STEP 3

Draft, review, issue

Juniors generate the draft; the partner reviews the Word file; the firm issues a PDF. The audit trail records who generated what and when.

Common questions

Is the generated document editable?

Yes. You download a normal .docx, so any clause can be adjusted before the document is issued. PDF output is available as well.

Can I keep the formatting of my firm's templates?

Completely. DocMold works inside your Word file and only replaces the marked variables; headers, footers, numbering and fonts stay as they are.

Is client data secure?

Each firm works in an isolated workspace with role-based access, encryption of sensitive stored values and a full audit trail. See the Security page for details.
