RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Agreement is made on Agreement date at Place between Client 1 name, residing at Client 1 address (the "Landlord"), and Client 2 name, residing at Client 2 address (the "Tenant").
The Landlord agrees to let out the premises situated at Premises address (the "Premises") to the Tenant on the following terms:
1. TERM: The tenancy shall be for a period of Term months months commencing from Commencement date, renewable by mutual consent.
2. RENT: The Tenant shall pay a monthly rent of Rs. Rent amount, payable in advance on or before the Rent due day day of each month.
3. DEPOSIT: The Tenant has paid an interest-free refundable security deposit of Rs. Deposit amount, returnable on vacation of the Premises after adjusting lawful dues.
4. USE: The Premises shall be used only for Permitted use purposes. The Tenant shall not sublet the Premises or make structural alterations without written consent.
5. OUTGOINGS: Electricity and water charges shall be borne by the Tenant as per actual consumption; property taxes shall be borne by the Landlord.
6. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate the tenancy by giving Notice period months month(s) written notice.
