LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Leave and License Agreement is made on Agreement date at Place between Client 1 name, residing at Client 1 address (the "Licensor"), and Client 2 name, residing at Client 2 address (the "Licensee").
1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a revocable license to use and occupy the premises at Premises address for Permitted use purposes for a period of Term months months from Commencement date.
2. The Licensee shall pay a monthly license fee of Rs. License fee in advance and has deposited Rs. Deposit amount as interest-free refundable security.
3. The license is personal to the Licensee; no tenancy or other interest in the premises is created, and juridical possession remains with the Licensor at all times.
4. Either party may revoke/terminate this license by Notice period months month(s) written notice. On expiry or revocation, the Licensee shall remove themselves and their belongings without demur.
