TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, I, Client name, son/daughter of Father name, residing at Client full address, do hereby send greetings:
WHEREAS owing to Reason for poa, I am unable to attend to my affairs personally and desire to appoint an attorney to act on my behalf.
NOW KNOW YE ALL that I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Attorney name, son/daughter of Attorney father name, residing at Attorney address, as my true and lawful attorney, to do the following acts in my name and on my behalf:
1. To manage, look after and administer my properties and affairs described as Property description.
2. To sign, execute and deliver documents; to appear before government offices, banks and authorities; to make, receive and acknowledge payments; and to institute or defend legal proceedings in respect thereof.
3. To do all other lawful acts necessary for the above purposes, as fully and effectually as I could do in person.
AND I hereby agree to ratify and confirm all lawful acts done by my said attorney by virtue of these presents.
