Sound familiar?

Certified true copies of resolutions that differ slightly from company to company because each was edited by hand.

Dozens of client companies, one CS, and a filing deadline for all of them on the same day.

Common questions

Do the resolutions cite the right sections of the Companies Act?

The library formats reference the relevant sections (for example Section 179(3) for borrowing, Section 161 for additional directors). Review them against the specific facts, as you would any precedent.

Can I generate documents for several client companies at once?

Yes - upload a CSV of companies and values and DocMold generates a document per row, up to 500 in a batch.

Are past documents preserved when I edit a template?

Every template is versioned; documents stay pinned to the version they were generated from, so a certified copy issued last year re-downloads exactly as it was.
