SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement is made on Agreement date between Client 1 name, having its address at Client 1 address (the "Service Provider"), and Client 2 name, having its address at Client 2 address (the "Customer").
1. SERVICES: The Service Provider shall provide the Customer with Services description (the "Services") with reasonable skill and care.
2. FEES: The Customer shall pay Rs. Fee amount Fee structure, plus applicable taxes, against invoices raised by the Service Provider, payable within Payment days days.
3. TERM: This Agreement shall commence on Commencement date and continue for Term months months unless terminated earlier by either party with Notice period days days written notice.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY: Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information of the other party disclosed under this Agreement.
5. LIABILITY: The aggregate liability of the Service Provider under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding Liability months months.
6. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India; courts at Jurisdiction city shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
