RETAINER AGREEMENT
This Retainer Agreement is made on Agreement date between Firm name, having its office at Firm full address (the "Firm"), and Client name, having its address at Client full address (the "Client").
1. SCOPE: The Firm shall provide the Client with Scope of services on an ongoing retainership basis.
2. FEE: The Client shall pay the Firm a retainer fee of Rs. Fee amount per Fee period, plus applicable taxes, payable in advance. Services beyond the agreed scope shall be billed separately at mutually agreed rates.
3. TERM: This Agreement shall be effective from Commencement date for Term months months and shall renew automatically unless terminated by either party with Notice period days days written notice.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY: Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information of the other received in the course of this engagement.
5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: The Firm acts as an independent professional; nothing herein creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship.
